Join our dynamic team as an RV Finance and Insurance Manager, where you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transactions and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for verifying sales contracts for accuracy and completeness, guiding customers through the financing process, and negotiating favorable terms and conditions with financial institutions. Your expertise will extend to coordinating the delivery of units and promoting additional services that meet customers needs such as extended service agreements, credit life, accident, and disability plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with customers to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Verify sales contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist customers in securing financing for their RV purchases.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to optimize customer financing.
• Schedule and organize the efficient delivery of RV units to customers.
• Promote and offer extended service agreements, financing options, credit life and insurance plans.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize profits.
• Verify all documents for correct titles, taxes, and lien information.
Education and Qualification:
• Business Experience required.
• Additional training will be provided by the dealership.
• Vehicle Sales Authority License required.
Expectations:
• Demonstrated aptitude for sales.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit reports for customer loan approval
• Strong proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours.
• Uphold honesty and integrity in all interactions.
• Possess a pleasant and customer-centric personality.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Provide professional references.
Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 per year
